Is the name clear?
Listen closely to your business name, abbreviations and place names. Adjust the spelling if pronunciation is wrong, then preview again.
Does the menu follow naturally?
Make the greeting fit the next message so callers do not hear the same explanation twice.
Does the voice match?
Use the same voice and tone for the greeting, menu and queue message if you want a consistent sound.
What if the script changes?
