Withdrawal

Are you a consumer? You may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into it, without giving a reason.

Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the period expires. You can use this form or send an email. Use of the form is optional.

Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount due within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may end when delivery begins, but only if you have expressly consented to delivery during the withdrawal period, acknowledged the loss of that right, and received confirmation. Your statutory rights concerning defective content remain unaffected.

Consumers may withdraw from unused credits during the withdrawal period. For digital content already supplied, the exception above applies only if all its conditions have been met.
